Village of College Park

The Village of College Park contributes to the diversity of The Woodlands, Texas, affirming the community’s reputation as a hub of higher learning and home to The Woodlands Hospital District. The village boasts a population of over 3,300 residents living in 1,200 homes across the neighborhoods of Grogan’s Forest, Windsor Hills, and Harper’s Landing.

In College Park, there are six public parks, with Harper’s Landing being the largest. These parks include Avalon Park, Harper’s Landing Park, Mason Pond Park, Misty Dawn Park, Tapestry Park, and Wimberly Park. The village of College Park opened in 2000 and offers a variety of communities, including Grogan’s Forest community, located on Research Forest Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road, and Harper’s Landing community, located on the east side of I-45 and SH-242 with easy access to the interstate.
