Village of Creekside Park

The Village of Creekside Park, located in The Woodlands, TX, is currently the newest development project in progress. Spanning 3,492 acres and situated south of Spring Creek, it is the only village in The Woodlands located in Harris County and served by the Tomball School District.

The first neighborhood in Creekside Park, Carlton Woods, was opened in the spring of 2007, and several more neighborhoods are currently being developed with plans for a total of 7,100 homes.

Creekside Village is home to the magnificent 20-acre Rob Fleming Park & Aquatic Center, one of the largest parks in The Woodlands, featuring a butterfly garden, bluebonnet meadow, fishing pond, pavilion, hike and bike trails, and other amenities. The Aquatic Center has a pool with a 150-gallon dump bucket, a 500-foot-long lazy river, and a two-story slide.

Furthermore, Creekside Village is also the location of the George Mitchell Nature Preserve. Dedicated to the founder of The Woodlands on October 19th, 2007, the preserve covers 1,700 acres of Harris and Montgomery counties and is part of the Spring Creek Greenway Project. The George Mitchell Nature Preserve offers numerous outdoor activities, such as hiking, kayaking, birding, camping, mountain biking, and much more.

Creekside Park boasts several other parks, including Wilde Creek Park, in addition to the ones mentioned above.
